SHIPPING TIME

All orders will ship via USPS within 1-4 business days. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday or Tuesday. Once the package is on the way, domestic orders will take about 2-6 business days to be delivered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

International orders should take about 7-26 days to be delivered. Please note that transit times may vary due to customs delays. When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Generally, these fees are hard to predict and are paid by the buyer. We don’t have any control or knowledge of additional fees your home country may charge.

Please add your contact number to your shipping address if you DON'T live in the U.S., this may help with delays. I've had packages sent all the way back to me because there was not contact number. When this happens, shipping costs are non refundable, and damages art returned to me is non refundable. 

 

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you wish to return your order, please send an email to jahna@jahna-vashti.com for step by step instructions. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. However, if your art arrives damaged, please email a snapshot of the damage and we will replace it right away - no return necessary. 

CANCELLATIONS

Please send a cancellation request within 12 hours of purchase.

LOST IN TRANSIT

Domestic: If your package hasn't arrived 30 business days after the date shipped contact me and I'll send a replacement. International: Contact me if your item hasn't arrived 45 days after the ship date for a replacement. 

Please be aware that we are not responsible for, and cannot issue refunds or replacements for errors in the shipping address made by the buyer at checkout.

TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT YOU DON'T HAVE IT

If your package was marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we ask that you check in with your neighbors to see if the package was accidentally delivered there. If applicable, check in with the front office or front desk to see if it was left there. Reach out to your local post office with the tracking number, USPS has a GPS system that might show where the package was delivered. If you still have no success, please contact us with your name and order number and we will make it right.
