SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days and shipped via USPS.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

• U.S.: 2–6 business days (USPS Ground Advantage)
• International: 7–26 days

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS

To request a return, please email jahna@jahna-vashti.com with your name and order number.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• Items must be returned in original condition

If your order arrives damaged, please send a photo and a replacement will be arranged—no return required.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase.

LOST IN TRANSIT

• U.S.: Contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment
• International: Please reach out after 45 days

TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:

• Check with neighbors or your building office
• Contact your local post office for delivery details

If you’re still unable to locate it, please reach out with your order number and we’ll help resolve it.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

We’re unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
